Nice friendly pub on the Norfolk Broads. Very accessible if you are on a boat. This lovely pub sits right next to Hickling Broad, there are moorings (with wifi available) for those on a boating visit and good parking for those arriving by road. The landlord recently (April 2010) bought the pub from the brewery and it is now a freehouse for the first time, with the local favourites Woodfordes and Adnams on regularly and a good mix of guest ales. A great fuss may be made of your dog here. Food is well presented, not cheap, but not expensive. Drinks range is quite fair for the remote location, and they have Aspell's Cyder on draught - a bonus. This is a pretty popular pub, on a Sunday at least.
