ALNMOUTH Hope and Anchor

Found the name of this pub before our holiday. Fantastic welcome for us and our dog, superb menu - lamb shank in gravy was to die for! Also they have good local beers. The beer garden is fully enclosed so our dog enjoyed a good sniff around and the staff brought a dog treat along with our food. Needless to say we will return! There is a fantastic wide open beach at Alnmouth too, so a great place to visit.
