PetsDirect Award Winner October 2010DOGGIE PUBS

Find out where you and your best friend are welcome.

By their recommendations, like-minded people help to make DoggiePubs a useful, non-commercial guide to happy eating out with your dog.

Pubs get included by recommendation - they can't pay to be listed. Eager publicans earn their listings by being dog-friendly, that's all. Our reward is knowing how much this site is liked, and discovering more places where Millie will be welcome.

CAWDOR The Cawdor Tavern

Dogs VERY welcome, but only in the Public Bar - the rest being more like a restaurant. This is one of our favourite pubs in this area.

A fairly basic pub, the sort which would have been stuffed full of smoke had it not been outlawed. Quite a few other dogs in here.

LOSSIEMOUTH Beach Bar

Great pub right on the coast with stunning views over the Moray Firth and its wonderful beaches. Very friendly and Shona the head chef is a great cook. Good old fashioned home cooking to the more exotic. All the food is locally sourced. There is also good entertainment on.

LOSSIEMOUTH Beach Bar
rate this pub
Shona, the head chef at the Beach Bar tells us that they are a dog friendly pub serving homemade and locally sourced food. Also, they are part of a new scheme in the town, set up by The Community Warden, whereby various places have free doggie poop bags available. So people only need to pop in and ask at the bar. Good idea! and if you need a bowl for water, just ask for that too.
