Brilliant friendly pub serving a good range of cask beers and drinkable wines. Happy to have well behaved dogs. We haven't eaten there but there is a food menu. Worth checking service times. Lots of history to the building. They also have varied and excellent live music and we love to take our Labrador for folk music on a Saturday afternoon from 4pm. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

New tenants here and warm welcome still to dogs in the snug bar. 6 real ales, in this traditional country pub on the edge of the Westwood, which is very popular with dog walkers. Opening 11am-11pm Tuesday-Saturday, 12-10.30pm Sunday and 5-10.30pm on Monday. Very good homecooked food served The pub now has an open log fire, and plenty of traditional games such as Monopoly, backgammon and cards are on hand. Children are also welcome.

The staff and landlord/landlady have always been welcoming to my pooch, though you may choose not to bring the dog during busy periods as it can get very cramped.

This pub has been my local for a good few years and was not dog friendly, yet now under new management all dogs are welcome. (in a select area). The bar has a good range of Ales/Beers and spirits, as for the food it is your typical pub grub; cheap and cheerful. Though I'd keep your eyes peeled as mentioned before, new management/new menu perhaps.

Stackhouse Bar is a small craft beer and real ale bar in Hornsea on the East Yorkshire coast. Dogs are very welcome at all times and water and dog treats are always available. The owner, manager and most of bar staff have their own dogs and can often be seen in the bar themselves with their dogs when not working. Although there is no food served customers are welcome to bring their own or order from one of the near by takeaways and eat with their drinks. Plates and cutlery are provided. There is a huge park just 5 minutes walk away (Hallgarth Park) which is very good to dog walking plus the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk.

On the edge of town in a peaceful setting, almost 200 years old, The Haven Arms is at the junction of several footpaths. There is adequate parking and no through traffic. Delightful and a great location for walking. Tables are provided out the front and a covered patio area at the back.
