Visited with our two dogs who were allowed into the bar area. Fresh water was brought over to them and they were both given treats (permission asked first).
Lots of choice on the food menu and real ales on tap. Service was excellent too.
We'll definitely be going back.

Landlord and staff very friendly and informative, but the best thing about this pub is the fact they have a doggie room with water, rugs and beds and even serve a FREE DOGGIE DINNER !! The Horseshoe Inn is a recently refurbished pub.
