Although not a pub, this cafe is a smart little traditional tea room with lovely linen tablecloths and fine china. With a huge selection of leaf teas and a wonderful selection of fresh cakes it’s hard to decide which one to try. The staff are incredibly friendly and enjoy the company of our four legged friends, giving them lots of attention. They do have a decent selection of sandwiches and paninis, but this is the extent of the savoury food on offer along with the extensive sweet and dessert choices. Definitely recommend a try. It’s a cut above many other cafes and has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Very nice venue. Popped in for a quick stop whilst passing. Lovely large beer garden and seating to rear. Dogs welcome in bar and rear patio/ beer garden. Food looks and smells delicious, didn't have time to try it ourselves. Will be back though.

A very nice surprise to find such a lovely welcoming pub that accepts dogs. The pub dates back a few hundred years from being a coaching house.
After walking along the nearby waterfalls, a warm fire and a great selection of good food and drink went down well. Dogs allowed in the lower bar area. Service was quick and courteous. Will be back again soon.

A Godsend in an area of Wales where our DP supporters only found two other pubs that would allow dogs at all. Apart from such an essential life saver, the pub is a social hub of the picturesque town of Aberdyfi. It is set in the middle of town on the Dovey Estuary at the centre of the spectacular Welsh coastline.

Although not a pub thought you really should know about this wonderful little cafe/bistro we visited. We popped in for a coffee and cake and the food, staff and welcome was first class. We always look for dog friendly places and sat outside but were told that we could have gone in with our little Chinese Cresty Jade who by the way was given her own little snacks of biscuits. Highly recommend a visit and as we are local we will be back soon to have a meal from their very enticing menu. Great to find a 4 legged friendly place to visit.
